National Shipments

The purchase made has a period of up to 3 business days within metropolitan Lima and up to 5 business days to other regions of the country to be shipped, and an estimated 1-2 business days if it is collected locally.

You will receive an informative email, in which it will be indicated that your order has been sent, along with a tracking number.

International deliveries 

Internationally we send our orders by means of DHL (delivery between 3 to 5 days). If you need your order urgently, send us a message via e-mail, to obtain a quote for express delivery.

Personal information

The information of the Client necessary to effectively carry out the purchase or those that the Client voluntarily sends to RAPEL, imply the acceptance of the CLIENT for the maintenance of said information by RAPEL and its inclusion in its database, and of its referral to the database Clearing of Reports or other similar data.

RAPEL is a registered trademark and the products it offers are subject to intellectual and industrial property laws, and cannot be reproduced or imitated or other prohibitions established by the preceding legislation. The prices of the products offered and or displayed on the website may verify variations without prior notice or notification.

The cost of shipping is not included in the price in any case and will result in an additional cost at the exclusive expense of the Client that must be agreed with the shipping company of your choice.

Shipments within the Peruvian territory are made by URBANER, it is not responsible for the risk or the transport time. Indicatively, from the moment the purchase is confirmed, through a confirmation email, until it reaches the corresponding address, the order can take up to 3 business days in metropolitan Lima and 5 business days in other regions of the country.

RAPEL is not responsible for the legal regulations in each country, nor for the costs, rates, or tax or customs requirements of each country. Our international clients are responsible for customs fees within their own country.
