Shipping times

The purchase made has a period of up to 3 business days within Metropolitan Lima and up to 5 business days for other regions of the country to be delivered at home, and an estimated 1-2 business days if it is collected locally. You will receive an informative email, in which it will be indicated that your order has been sent, along with a tracking number.

Exchange procedure

To proceed with the change of a product, contact us via email at with the details of your purchase and the reason for the change. Together with the product, the purchase invoice must be sent. Within forty-eight hours the purchase and quality of the returned product will be checked, the availability of stock and, once approved, the Customer will receive the new product.

Some of our products are handmade, that is why they may find minor flaws or variations in natural materials such as leather or wool. Please keep this in mind before making your purchase.

Exchanges or returns are not allowed for underwear, swimwear / bikinis unless there is a factory fault in the product.

RAPPEL is committed to doing its best to sell only top-quality garments, which is why our products go through numerous quality checks before they are shipped. In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, notify us by email from within 3 days after receiving the product, to evaluate the exchange or refund of the money.


RAPEL does not guarantee or assure that it has a stock of products offered for sale at all times, and the availability of the product or the required size or measure may be exhausted. In such cases, RAPEL may announce an out of stock signal on the website, not giving the option to purchase.

The price will be refunded exclusively if it was actually received, or otherwise, the purchase will be canceled if it had been made by credit card, if for any reason after the purchase was made by the Customer, there is no stock available of the product that is the object of the purchase or delivery was not possible, which RAPEL will communicate at the latest within forty-eight hours from the date of purchase, or it will automatically proceed to its electronic cancellation.
